About the position

The 2025 Summer Finance Intern at Kenvue is a 10-week program designed for college students to gain practical business experience in finance. The intern will work under the Finance Learning and Development Senior Manager, focusing on developing leadership, technical, and communication skills while applying classroom concepts in real-world scenarios. The role involves various financial tasks and offers valuable networking opportunities within a large consumer packaged goods organization.

Responsibilities

• Support budget preparation and capital budgeting processes.
• Assist in financial consolidation and month/year-end closing procedures.
• Conduct sales reporting and analysis.
• Perform account reconciliation and inter-company accounting tasks.
• Engage in data analysis and project management support.
• Collaborate with finance teams to solve problems and improve processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with at least sophomore standing.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the internship.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 cumulative preferred.
