About the position
As a co-op participant at Endress+Hauser, you will be integrated into a team environment, focusing on real-world challenges and gaining valuable industry insights over a 4-5 month program. Your primary project will involve supporting the revision of the Belt Program, which is a structured curriculum covering core products and services. This role will allow you to contribute to updating the curriculum to align with business goals and enhance the learner experience, while also providing exposure to impactful project work.
Responsibilities
- Integrate fully into the team and contribute to projects that drive personal and professional growth.
- Engage in full-time assignments to gain hands-on experience.
- Tackle impactful projects that offer real-world challenges and valuable insights.
- Collaborate with team members and mentors to develop both technical and soft skills.
- Participate in professional development opportunities, including LinkedIn certifications and networking.
- Work autonomously on assigned projects and assignments, receiving regular feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Certificate in Instructional Design or related field.
