About the position

The 2025 Finance & Accounting Internship Program at Nestlé USA is a 10 to 12 week paid internship designed to provide students with a comprehensive and immersive experience in the finance and accounting fields. Interns will have the opportunity to lead significant business projects from inception to completion, applying the analytical and business knowledge acquired in their academic studies to real-world challenges. Throughout the internship, participants will be supported by a dedicated team that includes a project manager, a buddy, and a mentor, ensuring a rich learning environment. Intern projects are carefully sourced from various divisions within the organization, allowing interns to engage with current business challenges that require innovative solutions. The program emphasizes collaboration, as interns will work closely with team members across different business units. Additionally, interns will have the chance to network with senior management and participate in social engagements with peers from other internship programs. This holistic approach not only enhances professional skills but also provides insights into the day-to-day operations at Nestlé USA. At the conclusion of the internship, each intern will present their project outcomes to senior leaders, showcasing their contributions and insights. Candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to relocate across the USA, as project locations will vary based on availability. The internship serves as a direct pathway into the full-time Finance Management Trainee Program, which spans 3.5 years, for high-performing interns.
