About the position

Citi is seeking Full-Time Analysts to join its Human Resources team, which plays a crucial role in supporting the company's employees. The position involves participating in a comprehensive training program and engaging in two one-year rotations across various HR functions, providing opportunities for skill development, networking, and career growth within Citi.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program including orientation and technical training.
• Engage in two one-year rotations within different HR functions.
• Work closely with management teams to add value to Citi through various responsibilities.
• Broaden skill sets and develop analytical skills during rotations.
• Contribute to HR priorities by gaining experiences through rotations and placements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025.
• Preferred GPA of 3.3 or above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills.
• Ability to relocate domestically and/or globally.
