Requirements
- Solid experience in one of the departments or positions such as hot mix asphalt or concrete paving and maintenance operation, general construction, trucking, cranes, mechanics, sales, accounting, administration, IT, human resources, etc.
- Strong technical skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to complete assignments
- Capacity for continual learning
