Each of these areas offers unique challenges and opportunities to drive sustainable performance and results. In this role, you will be expected to enhance enterprise value as a ‘Trustee’, deliver sustainable performance as an ‘Integrator’, reshape the business as a ‘Catalyst’ of change, and set long-term strategy as a ‘Navigator’. You will leverage your financial expertise to provide insights and analytics that will equip our organization for long-term success. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to create smiles for consumers and achieve our Winning with Purpose vision. PepsiCo Finance associates are integral to the decision-making process, partnering with senior management to prepare presentations for the Executive Committee and Wall Street. You will be involved in developing monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and three-year strategic plans, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and performance manage against key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities

  • Enhance enterprise value as a ‘Trustee’ by providing financial insights and analytics.
  • Deliver sustainable performance and results as an ‘Integrator’ through effective financial planning and analysis.
  • Reshape the business as a ‘Catalyst’ of change by driving initiatives that improve financial performance.
  • Set long-term strategy as a ‘Navigator’ to align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build annual and long-term strategic brand plans.
  • Manage marketing budgets and performance against KPIs in partnership with Marketing teams.
  • Develop monthly forecasts and annual operating plans in collaboration with senior management.
  • Work with Customer Teams to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth.
  • Analyze production, labor, transportation, and selling costs to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions by structuring transactions and leading due diligence efforts.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in finance or related areas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate within teams and across functions.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in corporate finance and production planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Familiarity with consumer products and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
