About the position

Trane Technologies is offering a 12-week summer internship program for current college students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in selected disciplines. This internship provides challenging assignments, leadership training, and valuable exposure to senior leaders within the company. Interns will engage in various assignments related to Lean Production, Planning Strategy, Operational Excellence, and more, while also having the opportunity to interview for full-time positions post-graduation.

Responsibilities

• Engage in challenging assignments across various operational areas such as Lean Production and Operational Excellence.
• Participate in leadership training and networking opportunities with senior leaders.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Proactively seek new information and skills to enhance personal and professional development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Applied Science Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business with Supply Chain Emphasis, or Supply Chain Management.
• Cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• At least one internship or work experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills through campus organizations, sports, or work projects.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
