About the position

The Business Systems Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting SAP modules at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Georgia and its affiliates. This position focuses on cost management systems within manufacturing processes, requiring strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in user requirement analysis and solution implementation. The consultant will lead SAP system operations, manage projects, and provide training to end users while ensuring system improvements and effective communication across functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP system operation support at Hyundai/KIA plant.
• Monitor SAP system execution and resolve production-related issues.
• Perform system design, development, and implementation of business process changes initiated by clients.
• Identify opportunities for system operation improvements.
• Manage projects from resource planning to implementation.
• Track progress and closure of issues using change management tools.
• Create training materials and provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to complete development projects and tasks.
• Support CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, CO-PA, and Material Ledger; provide additional support on FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, and TR modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or supply chain management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years with SAP CO and FI.
• Hands-on experience in design, configuration, and support of SAP CO and FI in a manufacturing environment, focusing on CO operations.
• Involvement in 4+ full life cycle implementation experiences.
• Hands-on working experience in product costing, cost center accounting, profitability analysis, material ledger, period closing, and logistic master data in FI/CO environment.
• Good knowledge of financial accounting and cost management.
• Experience in new process design, development, and production support.
• Basic skills in debugging SAP systems to identify issues and opportunities for improvements.
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills; strong customer focus.
• Ability to model business and technical concepts using various notations and methods.
