About the position

YContract Needs is seeking dedicated and professional movers to join their expanding network of franchises. This position involves providing moving services with a focus on customer satisfaction and maintaining a high rating. Movers will be compensated based on the number of hours worked and the number of jobs completed each week.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned moving jobs for customers.
• Ensure customer items are protected during the move.
• Maintain on-time attendance to all jobs.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the hiring manager.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Requirements

• Must have a moving partner.
• Must have access to a 12-26 ft moving box truck.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must have insurance to protect customer items.
• Background checks will be conducted after the probation period.
