About the position
The Warehouse Auditor/Biller at Drive DeVilbiss is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of outgoing package shipments. This role involves auditing customer orders, verifying completeness, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm, contributing to the company's mission of delivering high-quality medical products to customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Accurately processing and shipping outgoing orders in a timely manner
- Print packing lists and labels, and apply as required
- Verify orders are complete prior to release for shipment
- Check for proper safety measures while working
- Develop an attitude and participate in an environment of continuous improvement
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Experience with SAP or similar software for order processing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order verification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
- Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers
