This role emphasizes attracting, sourcing, and screening candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a fair and equitable selection process. The Recruiter plays a crucial role in connecting the right talent with the right opportunities, thereby impacting lives positively.

Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets
  • Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants via job boards and applicant tracking system (Avature)
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ensure consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and job boards
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to develop important relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners
  • Results-driven with a focus on accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations
  • Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
  • Situational adaptability and learning agility
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
