About the position

The position involves ensuring audit preparedness and troubleshooting cases with issues. The individual will be responsible for updating and maintaining the training matrix for all associates and maintaining all records and written procedures of Quality Systems for ID Logistics, including Standard Operating Procedures and Monthly Quality Training. The role requires ensuring that SOPs are up-to-date and reviewed as required, and that all documentation and communication comply with Quality Requirements. Additionally, the individual will ensure that all documentation regarding internal audits is current and will report to associates on corrective actions that comply with Quality Control (QC). The position also involves reporting safety non-conformance, assuring inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accounts, identifying and researching unique inventory occurrences, and investigating inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts to determine root causes. Knowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, and Manhattan systems is essential. The individual will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed, while also observing all company safety rules and assisting in enforcement as appropriate. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Benefits
