About the position

Moseley Multi-Family is seeking experienced 1099 Multi-Family Renovation Crews to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. This position is a contract role focused on the complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units across specified properties. The renovation crews will be responsible for executing all required activities to remodel units according to detailed construction plans provided by the site superintendent. This role emphasizes maintaining the highest standards in customer service and enhancing the curb appeal of the assigned properties. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years of full-time experience in the construction field, specifically in remodeling and renovations. Crews are expected to own the majority of hand tools necessary for executing interior renovations, including demolition, drywall installation, painting, tile work, and assembly. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential, as the role requires the ability to work independently and efficiently. In addition to technical skills, candidates must demonstrate effective communication and organizational abilities. This includes the capacity to communicate clearly with the site superintendent and supervisors, maintain a schedule, and complete tasks on time while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete modernization and rehabilitation of existing apartment units.
• Execute remodeling activities according to specified construction plans.
• Maintain high standards in customer service and curb appeal of assigned properties.
• Perform demolition and framing tasks as required.
• Install millwork including baseboards, doors, and casings.
• Conduct light plumbing and electrical work such as installing sinks, faucets, lighting, and ceiling fans.
• Carry out drywall repairs, hanging, taping, and texturing.
• Install various flooring types including carpet, LVP, LVT, and tile.
• Paint cabinets, walls, and doors as part of the renovation process.
• Install appliances including refrigerators, ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, and washing machines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of full-time experience in construction, remodeling, or renovations.
• Ownership of the majority of hand tools required for interior renovations.
• Knowledge of demolition processes and framing techniques.
• Experience with millwork installation including baseboards and door casings.
• Ability to perform light plumbing and electrical installations.
• Proficiency in drywall repairs, hanging, taping, and texturing.
• Experience in carpet, LVP, LVT, and tile installation.
• Ability to paint cabinets, walls, and doors effectively.
• Experience in appliance installation.
