About The Position
Senior Home Companions is seeking compassionate, one-on-one non-medical caregivers (CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience) to transform lives in the Indianapolis area. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients, make a significant impact through personalized care, and enjoy flexible scheduling. The company emphasizes competitive pay, including overtime for hours worked over 40.
Requirements
- At least one year of caregiving experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Must have your own personal transportation.
- A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile.
- Ability to assist with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Providing non-medical personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
- Assisting with daily living activities like light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and dishes.
- Offering companionship and engaging our clients in activities they love.
