You will be responsible for talent management, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store standards while fostering a culture of education and community within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage store operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Inspire and lead a team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Oversee inventory management and control expenses to meet budget requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures for customers and staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team associates.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
- 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to learn and develop.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Nice-to-haves
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
