• Adhere to work orders, change orders, and plan sets to complete residential construction jobs.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Maintain NWES standards and operating procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate project coordination and resolve issues.
• Maintain calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Adhere to NEC, LNI, and local jurisdictions for all projects.
• Produce clean, organized and quality work for all projects.

Requirements

• Journeymen's electrical card in good standing
• 4 years experience as a JM
• Proficiency in phone apps, including Slack, QBTime, Clickup, Kickserv
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
