Lisa Tallman is Senior Director, Knowledge Management at YMCA of the USA. Lisa leads diverse strategic initiatives including digital and technology strategy, change management, and organizational culture and engagement. She is experienced in influencing, getting buy-in and educating executive leadership as well as aligning digital tools with business strategy. She has a unique background that bridges both hard and soft skills that allow her to be strategic and forward looking while diving into the details and bring people along with her on the journey. She has spent over 15 years defining and shaping strategy for both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Lisa earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master’s Degree in English focused on Technical Communication from Eastern Michigan University. She is also an Instructor in the Master's in Learning and Organizational Change program at Northwestern University. She’s authored articles for CIO Review and the series Leading from the Middle.
