Discover My Work Style

This class is an introduction to Teal's Work Style Assessment, what it's based on, as well as how to decode your own work style to help you build self-awareness in the workplace or in your job search.

In this class we'll cover:

1. Approach
   Getting to know Teal and learning what to expect.
2. Building Self Awareness
   Knowing the importance of self-awareness, how to build it to learn more about yourself
3. Understanding Work Style
   Gaining an understanding of the framework and understanding your results.
4. Leveraging your Toolkit
   Using the Teal Work Styles toolkit to help you reflect and grow.
5. Wrap Up
   Next steps to continue building towards self-awareness.

Included in this class are exercises as well as access to our community forum, Career Council, where you can read and discuss your Primary style with others in the Teal community.
